How does it work?

Read it carefully and proceed to pay.

Open your order confirmation email to view your payment details!

Once you pay via credit card, an email will be sent to you. Open the attachment and use this attachment to produce at the clinic. The clinic will confirm that you have paid already.

Once you become our aligner customer, we will reduce your treatment cost by 100 SGD.

FAQs

How much am I paying in total?

You pay S$150 now to secure your clinic booking. After your $100 discount is applied, your remaining balance due will be $2490 for ZenyumClear & $3500-$3800 for ZenyumClear Plus and this is stackable with any other running promos.

Can I change my appointment?

You can reschedule your appointment up to 48 hours before the consultation. Cancellations will not be refunded.

What’s included in my consultation?

Your consultation includes an oral condition assessment, 3D scans/impressions and dental X-ray.

What about additional costs?

Additional costs incurred during the appointment are not covered by Zenyum, and are to be paid directly to the clinic. This refers to non-Zenyum-related treatments such as scaling, polishing, fillings, etc.

What if the clinic cancels my appointment?

If the clinic cancels your pre-paid booking, we will be in touch to reschedule your consultation. You will not need to pay again.

What if I’m unsuitable for Zenyum?

If after consultation (3D scans and X-ray), you are found to be unsuitable for a Zenyum treatment, you will not be refunded S$150 as this covers the cost of your 3D scans and X-ray.
