I’ve submitted my pre-assessment photos, so what’s next? | Zenyum SG

Find out more about Zenyum invisible braces and the process while waiting for your results!

First of all, congratulations! You have taken the first step towards achieving the smile of your dreams by submitting your photos.

While awaiting your pre-assessment results, here’s more information on what to expect for your Zenyum invisible braces journey, should you be suitable for either of our treatment plans.

Dentist-recommended treatment

Our teeth-straightening solution comes in two personalised treatment plans, ZenyumClear™ and ZenyumClear™ Plus—our partner dentists will recommend which is best for you.

These licensed local dentists are closely involved every step of your journey. In fact, they’re going through your pre-assessment now and they’ll still be there to guide you even post treatment.

After all, getting the smile of your dreams is serious business and it’s best to involve the professionals.

Fewer dentist visits with in-app monitoring

Not a fan of dentist visits? Or just have an overly hectic schedule? Don’t fret! At Zenyum, we strive to make this entire journey as convenient and hassle-free as possible.

This is why we have a fuss-free monitoring feature in the Zenyum app where your treating dentist can closely follow your treatment journey with weekly photo updates from you. Should you have any enquiries, you can also reach out to our dedicated customer care team through the app.

This means fewer trips to the dentist, the same level of care, and more time to do what you love.

Face-to-face consultations during important stages

There’s no doubt that we take your smile seriously. We are committed to helping you perfect your smile without skimping on quality control and duty of care.

You may have heard of DIY orthodontics treatments that remove the need for dentist visits. This may sound enticing, but it actually exposes you to many risks.

Without proper medical supervision by certified dentists, you could experience irreversible changes to your facial structure, teeth loss, and even gum infections – on top of increased levels of pain.

This is why face-to-face consultations are crucial during the important stages of your treatment. This includes your initial consultation, aligner fittings as well as any additional refinements you may require.

Pay less to smile more with Zenyum!

We endeavour to keep our prices accessible in orderto help even more people achieve their dream smile. For this reason, ZenyumClear Aligners will set you back by only $2,400.

We’ve also kept this same pricing philosophy for the more intensive ZenyumClear Plus treatment plan, with aligners costing no more than $3,900. The exact price will depend on the complexity of your case and the number of aligner sets you require.

Additionally, instead of one single payment, you can even choose to pay via interest-free installments!

Do note that apart from your treatment fees, your first appointment with our partner dentists (which includes intraoral scans, X-rays and/or impressions) can cost between $120 and $170. This is to be paid directly to the clinic and not us. Upon completing your treatment, it is also highly recommended to purchase a set of retainers at $300 in order to maintain your new smile.

OK, so what happens next?

You should receive your pre-assessment results within 2 – 3 working days after your photo submission date. If Zenyum invisible braces are deemed suitable for you, we will reach out to help you book an appointment with a partner dentist of your choice.

What happens during this appointment?

Firstly, your treating dentist will carry out a full-mouth examination to ensure that your teeth and gums are in good condition. X-rays will also be taken to detect any underlying teeth issues that might hinder your treatment.

Next, depending on the complexity of your treatment plan, your dentist may recommend that you undergo certain teeth extractions.

Lastly, scans or impressions will be taken to produce accurate models of your teeth and gums. This might be done on a separate day if extractions are needed for your case.

We hope this gives you a clear idea of what to expect next!

We are keeping our fingers crossed for your pre-assessment results, and are looking forward to helping you achieve your dream smile!
